2017: The year ahead

The first quarter of 2017 is well underway and comprises of exciting growth for Coastal Property Group. This includes the expansion of our real estate company, Coastal Property Sales and Letting, headed up by Jason Paans. Continue to watch this space for an exciting announcement coming soon.

Jason is currently liaising with some of Cape Town’s developers to bring you new investment opportunities in the sectional title arena as a result of the continued demand for convenient and compact urban living spaces. If you’re currently in the market to sell then read about our new promotion that we’re offering to property owners who choose to sell through us.

Our sectional title management company, Coastal Property Management Services, has had a busy start to the year with new additions to our property management portfolio, including three newly built developments with many more in the pipeline. Our Portfolio Managers have been working closely with their Trustees to ensure that we are meeting all the new legal requirements that came into effect late last year. These include proper financial planning with the introduction of a maintenance reserve fund and the widely spoken about and controversial Community Schemes Ombud Service, to name a few. We have decided to add further functionality to our online web portals prior to their launch in order to improve general user experience. Rest assured, we will continue to keep you fully updated in this regard and will advise on our "go live" date as soon as development and testing is complete.

Coastal Property Maintenance continues to service our property management and letting portfolios. Our team has expanded to a total of 10 members who are actively involved in the upkeep of our portfolios on a day to day basis. To learn more about why maintenance matters, please read our recent news article by clicking here.

From all of us at Coastal Property Group, we would like to wish you only the best for the year ahead.
